Be Familiar with Safety Decals
▲ Read thoroughly and understand “Safety
Decals,” page 6.
▲ Read all instructions noted on decals.
Keep Riders Off Machinery
Riders obstruct operator’s view. Riders could be
struck by foreign objects or thrown from machine.
▲ Never allow children to operate equipment.
▲ Keep all bystanders away from machine dur-
ing operation.
Shutdown and Storage
▲ Lower seeder, put tractor in park, turn off
engine, and remove key.
▲ Store seeder in an area where children do not
play.
Use Safety Lights and Devices
Slow-moving tractors and implements can create
a hazard when driven on public roads. They are
difficult to see, especially at night.
▲ Use flashing warning lights and turn signals
whenever driving on public roads. Use lights
and devices provided with seeder.
