Check Public DN and
Public Password and try
again

The public DN and public
password have been configured
in the Configuration servlet,
however they are incorrect.

Verify the public DN and public
password.

Anonymous binding not
accepted by host (host
)

The server does not allow
anonymous binding, and the
public DN and public password
are not configured in the
Configuration servlet.

• Verify that anonymous

connections are enabled on
the server.

• If anonymous connections

are required to be disabled,
configure the public DN and
public password credentials.

Confidentiality Required

The authentication server you
are using has a “Require
TLS/SSL” option enabled, and
Authorized Send is not using
SSL for authentication.

• Disable any “Require

TLS/SSL” options on the
authentication server.

• Enable SSL for

authentication in Authorized
Send. See

“Creating an

Authentication Server,”

on

p. 49.
