A heat sink is not installed for the processor.

 

Action

 

1.

 

Ensure that you are running the latest BIOS version.

 

You can download the latest BIOS version from the Dell Support website at support.dell.com.

2.

 

Run the appropriate online diagnostics test. See "

Using Server Administrator Diagnostics

" in "Running System Diagnostics."

3.

 

Turn off the system and attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the electrical outlet.

Remove the bezel. See "

5.

 

Lay the system on its right side.

Remove the cover. See "

7.

 

Remove the cooling shroud. See "

Ensure that the processor and heat sink are properly installed. See "

Stand the system upright.
