Dell™ OptiPlex™ XE Service Manual—

Removing the Memory
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2.
Remove the
optical drive
.
3.
Press down on the memory retention clips to release the memory module.
4.
Lift the memory module out of its connector and remove it from the computer.
Replacing the Memory
To replace the memory, perform the above steps in reverse order.
