Removing the Base Cover

 

1.

Follow the instructions in

Before You Begin

.


 

2.

Turn the computer over.

 

3.

Loosen the eight captive screws that secure the base cover to the computer base.

 

4.

Lift the base cover off the computer base.

 

Replacing the Base Cover

 

 

1.

Follow the instructions in

2.

Align the tabs on the base cover with the slots on the computer base and place the base cover in position.

 

3.

Tighten the eight screws that secure the base cover to the computer base.
