Replacing the I/O Board

 

1.

Follow the instructions in

Before You Begin

.


 

2.

Align the connectors on the I/O board with the slots on the computer base.

 

3.

Connect the I/O board cable to the connector on the I/O board.

 

4.

Place the I/O board grounding cable over the screw hole and replace the grounding screw.

 

5.

Replace the support brackets (see

6.

Replace the display assembly (see

7.

Replace the middle cover (see

8.

Replace the memory module (see
