Removing the Battery

 

1.

Follow the instructions in

Before You Begin

.


 

2.

Shut down the computer and turn it over.

 

3.

Slide the battery lock latch until it clicks into place.

 

4.

Slide the battery release latch to the unlock position.

 

5.

Slide and lift the battery out of the battery bay.

 

Replacing the Battery

 

1.

Follow the instructions in

Before You Begin

.


 

2.

Align the tabs on the battery with the slots on the battery bay.

 

3.

Slide the battery into the battery bay until it clicks into place.

 

4.

Slide the battery lock latch to the lock position.
