What flashing of the indicators on the
front of the monitor means

The LAMP, STANDBY and (!) indicators flash.

The temperature inside the monitor has

risen abnormally, or the fans have stopped.
Check that the air filter is not clogged and
the ventilation holes are not blocked. After
a while turn on the monitor, (page

If the monitor is not recovered after correcting the
problems, contact with qualified Sony persormel.

The (!) (power) (green), STANDBY (orange) and/or

LAMP (red) indicators indicate the conditions of the
monitor and warnings by lighting or flashing, as
follows.

The (!) indicator lights.

The power of the monitor is on.

The STANDBY indicator lights.

The monitor is in standby mode. The
monitor is turned on by pressing POWER
on the remote control.

The (!) and STANDBY indicators light.

“► The Auto Shut Off function works. The

monitor has been turned off when the time
you specify has passed after the input of
the computer is cut off. ■

The (!) indicator flashes.

^ The lamp for the light source is ready to

turn on. Within 30 minutes the picture is
displayed on the screen.

The LAMP and STANDBY indicators flash.

^ The air filter or the lamp cover is not

attached securely. When you correct, the
STANDBY lamp lights up and the monitor

The LAMP indicator flashes.
