Shooting in the dark (NightShot)

- CCD-TRV35/TRV65/TRV315/TRV615 only

The NightShot function enables you to shoot a subject in a dark place. You can achieve
a satisfactory recording of the ecology of nocturnal animals for observation with this
function.

This function may record picture nearly in monochrome.

While the camcorder is in Standby mode, slide NIGHTSHOT to ON.

(2)

Press START/STOP to start recording.

CD and "NIGHTSHOT" indicators flash.

To cancel the NightShot function

Slide NIGHTSHOT to OFF.

Using the N.S.Ught

when you set N.S.LIGHT to ON in the menu system, the picture will be more clear.
The maximum limit of NightShot Light is about 10 feet (about 3 meters).

Notes on the NightShot

• When you keep setting NIGHTSHOT to ON in normal recording, picture may be

recorded in incorrect/unnatural color.

• If focusing is difficult with the autofocus mode when using the NightShot function,

focus manually.
