1 Trouble check

Symptom

Recording stops in a few seconds.

• The START/STOP MODE switch is set to 5SEC or A .

Set it to . (p. 16)

The cassette cannot be removed from
the holder.

• The battery is dead.

Use a charged battery pack or the AC power adaptor,

function except for cassette ejection

• Moisture condensation has occurred.

Remove the cassette and leave the camcorder for at least

The date or time indicator is flashing.

• You pressed DATE and TIME together for more than 2

• The lithium battery is weak or dead.

The tape does not move when a
