Zooming
The lens on this camera has a focal
length range from 9mm (wide-angle) to
45mm (telephoto). You can vary the focal
length continuously anywhere within this
range either automatically or manually.
This is called zooming. As you zoom
towards 9mm, your subject will become
smaller and you can fit more of the scene
in the picture. Zooming towards 45mm
has the opposite effect.
