CALF PAD ADJUSTMENT
The Optima™ Calfpad is mounted on a pivot to allow it to conform to the
clients legs. It also features height and depth adjustability. (see Figure 4)
DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
The Optima™ Footplates are flip-up style and
feature height and angle adjustability.
To make these adjustments, simply loosen the bolts indicated below and
make any needed adjustments before retightening the bolts. (see Figure 4)

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
With the seat back in its most upright position, loosen the two bolts (1) in the
pivot bracket (2) and slide the bracket upward or downward in the T-rail channel
(3). Retighten bolts.
ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Press in the locking pin (4) and adjust the armrest so that it is parallel to
the seat. Release the locking pin and make sure that it snaps into one of
the adjustment grooves on the support shaft (5).
Loosen the two bolts (6) in the armrest
support bracket and slide the bracket
forward or backward in the side frame
channel (7) so that the support shaft (5)
is in a vertical position when locked on
the support bracket. Retighten bolts. If
necessary, repeat theAngle Adjustment
procedure.
WIDTH ADJUSTMENT
Press up on the locking pin (8)
and adjust the armrest inward
or outward. Release the locking
pin and make sure that it snaps
into one of the adjustment
grooves on the pivot bracket (2).
