Position Dynamics warrants the Optima™ Seating System to be free
from defective workmanship and material for a period of three (3)
years from the date of purchase. Position Dynamics warrants the
Optima™ electronics, actuator, toggle switches and materials to be
free from defective workmanship for one (1) year. Check with your
dealer for more details. This warranty is limited to the original
purchaser of the seating system. Any defective part or assembly will
be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion and determination of
Position Dynamics if unit has not been misused or tampered with
during the warranty period. Normal maintenance items, as outlined
in this manual are not covered by this warranty. Shipping charges,
if any, shall be paid by the purchaser.

warranty. This warranty
does not cover providing a
seating system, compensa-
tion for costs incurred for
product rental, or labor
costs incurred in repairing
or replacing defective
part(s).
