REPLACING THE CUTTER

Replace the Moving cutter if it becomes blunt. A spare cutter can be found in your accessories.

NOTE: You should not need to replace the fixed cutter which is made of a special hard alloy

material.

FIRST REMOVE THE POWER CORD PLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY OUTLET.

Remove the stitch finger.
1. Open the working table. Using the wrench, losing the screen and take out the Moving cutter.

2. Lower the cutter diring arm to the middle position by turning the cutter release knob toward you.

In this position, set the replacement cutter in position and secure it with the screw. ENSURE
THAT THE EDGE OF THE MOVING CUTTER (1) IS APPROXIMATELY 0.5 mm BELOW THE
SURFACE OF THE FIXED CUTTER (2).

DISENGAGING MOVING CUTTER

If you want to sew without cutting, open the working table and disengage the Moving cutter by
pushing the cutter release knob to the left and turning it toward you until the cutter snaps into the
lowest position.

Ensure that fabric edge is not wider than overedge width selected or upper looper and needle can
be damaged.

CHANGING THE LIGHT BULB

Disconnect from power supply before removing face cover.
Remove the face cover screw and take off the face cover.
1. Push up the bulb slightly and turn counterclockwise.
2. Insert the new bulb, push up and turn clockwise.
