Enter a four digit Patient ID, press the top event button to increment value of Patient
ID field and press bottom event button to accept the value and proceed to the next
field..

Select the duration of 24-hours or 48-hours by pressing the top event button to toggle
between 24 & 48 and press the bottom event button to accept the value and proceed
to next field. The Duration selected is stored as the default for the next manual
initialization.

10. Select the number of channels 2-channel or 3-channel by pressing the top event

button to toggle between 2 & 3 and press the bottom event button to accept and
proceed to the next field. The Channels selected is stored as the default for the next
manual initialization.

11. When complete with setup, start ECG acquisition by pressing both event buttons

simultaneously for 2 seconds.

A progress indicator will display on the LCD.

Once acquisition starts Channel 1 (Ch1) will display on the LCD,

Scroll through the channels 2 and 3 by pressing one of event buttons.

ECG is displayed on the LCD for a period of 20-minutes then displays current time. To
exit ECG preview prior to the 20-minute default, press both event buttons
simultaneously for 2 seconds.

Place the recorder into the carrying case. Secure the carrying case and recorder on
the patient.

15.

Write the start time, date, and patient data in the patient diary.

To Shut Down the Recorder (if the recorder does not stop automatically)

1.

Press and hold both EVENT buttons and count the “beeps.” Release the buttons at
the start of the seventh beep. The HR100, HR300, HR1200 LCD will display a + sign
indicating successful shutdown. The HR100 green LED will stop flashing.

2.

Press the EVENT button again. Did the recorder beep?

If the recorder does not beep, the recorder was successfully shut down.

If the recorder beeps, repeat the shutdown procedure.

Remove the battery and SD card.

Remove the leadwires and electrodes from the subject.

WARNING Discard electrodes after one use.
