Check the following:

NET SatisFAXtion service is loaded

If installing the email gateway on a machine other than the fax server, test that you can get to the URL from a web

browser (i.e.

http://YOURFAXSERVER/casdrive.api

)

2.2 - Logging

To see the gateway logs, you can right click the Gateway loader icon in the system tray and select workflow manager, or select

Monitor Workflows from the start menu (NET SatisFAXtion program group)

To view the logs, click on the Log tab
