1.2 - Gateway Configuration
Once installed, the first configuration screen comes up
The URL to your fax server should be auto-filled. If there is a password for the Supervisor user, set it and click test connection.
This is needed to create the SMTPPost system user for the gateway. Make sure you get a Test completed successfully dialog back.
If the test does not complete, make sure the NET SatisFAXtion fax server service is loaded and that you can reach the URL
from a web browser. If this step fails, solve this problem before moving forward or the gateway will not be able to communicate with
the fax server. (See troubleshooting section)
