Troubleshooting procedure

Step 1 Delete the static VC on one end and reconfigure it.

Summary

When the label of the static VC is incorrect, the data cannot forward normally even though the
VC is Up.

When you configure the static VC, note the following:

The local

transmit-vpn-label

and the remote

receive-vpn-label

are consistent.

The local

receive-vpn-label

and the remote

transmit-vpn-label

are consistent.
