Read the LIMITED USE LICENSE AGREEMENT (cépage 36)

Confirm that the floppy disk drive is installed.
To open the display, slide the latch located at the front and lift open the display. Before

removing the seal covering the power switch, please read the LIMITED USE LICENSE

AGREEMENT. Removal of this seal indicates agreement to the terms specified. After you

have agreed to the terms, you may turn your computer on.

Set Windows up

The ( Windows 95 Setup] will run after the computer is turned on. Simply follow the on­

screen instructions.

Please read the supplemental "Windows 95 Setup Procedure" for a more detailed

explanation (C^’page 39).

Moving the cursor (i^) or clicking buttons can be done through tlic touch pad (cépage 9).

If the display or the sound quality is not right, you can adjust the brightness and

volume (Cépage 42,43).

Close Internet Explorer 4.0

At the (Welcome - Microsoft Internet Explorer], select
close the screen.

Double-click (Panasonic Setup icon) on Windows

Nine 2HD formatted fioppy disks need to be prepared. Simply follow the instructions on
the screen. The nine disks will contain the following (the check boxes are for you to con­

firm copy of the disks.)

• It may take several minutes to reboot the computer.

• Please'siore the backup disks in a safe place. They will enable you to return your.coni-

putcr to factory default settings should any problemsoccur.
