Setting a Customized Header
A special message that is preprogrammed in your unit can be printed at the top of all pages
transmitted.
You can choose the desired message among the following.
A: CONFIDENTIAL
B: URGENT REPLY REQUEST
C: URGENT PLEASE READ

To set a special message:

Press the PROGRAM button.
The display shows “P-
Press #, then press 23.
The display shows “P-F23 4".
Select the number of the message you desire.
Setting selections are:
1: “CONFIDENTIAL” is printed.
2: “URGENT REPLY REQUEST” is printed.
3: “URGENT PLEASE READ” is printed.
4: OFF (deactivate this feature)
