Factory Repair Policy

A video server being returned under warranty shall be sent to 360 Systems, freight prepaid,

in the original or equivalent packaging. Call 360 Systems for a return authorization number before
returning a product. Have your serial number and software version number available for reference.

WARNING: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Class A
