2.2.3.3 Mark Completed

With this button, selected messages can be
marked completed. This means the message
will be terminated positively. Depending on
the termination settings of the source of the
message (LINK, TCfW

,…), the message will

either be moved into the short time archive
or not.

Note: Multiple selection works.

2.2.3.4 Mark Message as Read/Unread

The user can change the status of all messages in
the inbox so that they appear in the message list as
read or unread.
In order to mark a message as read, the user needs
to click on the ‘Mark Read’ button in the Action
menu of the corresponding message with the current
status „unread‟.
The status of the message that is marked as read is
changed as in picture 35.
In order to mark a message as unread, the user
needs to click on the ‘Mark Unread’ button in the
Action menu of the corresponding message with the
current status

„read‟.

The status of the message that is marked as unread
is changed as in picture 37.
