Press the MENU button.

The menu closes and settings are activated.
z In Shooting mode, the menu can be closed by

pressing the shutter button halfway.

Š If you select [Theme] in Step

, you can select

a consistent theme for each of the My Camera
settings.

Š If [Mute] in the [

(Set up)] menu is set to [On],

no sound is reproduced except for the error
warning signal regardless of the selected My
Camera settings (p. 70). The Start-up image
displays.

Registering My Camera Settings

This function registers new contents to the

and

options.

Images recorded onto the CF card and newly
recorded sounds can be added to the camera. You
can also use the supplied software to upload your
computer's images and sounds to the camera. The
following menu items can be saved to the camera.

Š To return the My Camera Settings to their

default values, you will need to use a
computer. Use the bundled software program
(ZoomBrowser EX or ImageBrowser) to upload
the default settings to your camera.

The CF card images and sounds can be registered to
the camera with the following procedures.

· Start-up Image

· Start-up Sound

· Operation Sound

· Selftimer Sound

· Shutter Sound
