Generate Report Output
Once a report search criteria has been set, there are three formats for generating the event
report output.
•
view the report on the computer
•
print the report
•
save the report to an ASCII text file
View Report on Screen
1.
To view the event report on the computer, click on the
button. All event data will
be reviewed and sorted based on the criteria in the Quick Search window.
2.
If there was no data that meets the search criteria, an empty report warning window
appears (see Figure 140). Click on the OK button and modify the search criteria in the
Quick Search window.

If the search was successful, a success window appears (see Figure 141).
