3.2 Wiring Connections to Gateway RER and LER
Gateway 6 Pin Phoenix connector – Pinouts
3.2.1 Sola wiring to the Gateway using Display
 On the System Operator Display, connect terminal Y4 (RS-485+) to Pin 1 - RS 485+ on the Gateway’s 6 pin
Phoenix connector.
 Connect terminal Y5 (RS-485) to Pin 2 - RS 485- on the Gateway’s 6 pin on the Gateway’s Phoenix
connector.
 Y6 (Ground) does not need to be grounded to the Gateway.
