flour, milk, eggs, butter and salt and pr

ocess ingredients

together until completely smooth, about 20 to 30

seconds. Transfer to a lar

ge measuring cup and allow to

rest at r

oom temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450°F (use convection bake if available).

Heavily butter or coat with nonstick cooking spray two

6-cup popover pans or twelve 5-ounce ramekins or

muffin cups and place on two baking sheets. Fill each

cup/ramekin with about ¹⁄³ cup of batter

. Place in oven

and bake for 30 minutes. Lower the heat to 350°F and

bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven

and carefully r

emove popovers from ramekins.

Serve immediately.
