DLP- E157 Disable Alarm Filtering

DLP-E157 Disable Alarm Filtering

Step 1

In the node, network, or card view, click the Alarms tab.

Step 2

Click the Filter tool at the lower-right side of the bottom toolbar.

Alarm filtering is enabled if the tool is selected and disabled if the tool is raised (not selected).

Step 3

If you want alarm filtering disabled when you view conditions, click the Conditions tab and repeat

If you want alarm filtering disabled when you view alarm history, click the History tab and repeat

Return to your originating procedure (NTP).

DLP-E158 Manually Lock or Unlock a User on a Single Node

Step 1

In node view, click the Provisioning > Security > Users tabs.

Step 2

Choose the user you want to lock out.

Step 3

Click Change.

Step 4

Complete one of the following:

To lock a user out so the user cannot log into the node, check the Locked out check box.

If the user is currently locked out, uncheck the Locked out check box.

Step 5

Click OK. A confirmation dialog box appears.

Purpose

This task turns off specialized alarm filtering in all network nodes so that
all severities are reported in CTC.
