Test Configuration
Thresholds
The Thresholds tab allows you to define VDSL and ADSL parameter
criteria. For Upstream and Downstream data rates, there are OK, Min
(minimum), and Max (maximum) bit rates defined to deem them
unacceptable, marginal, or acceptable.
Act. data rate (Mbit/s):
for VDSL - Upstream to 50 MBit/s, Downstream to 100 Mbit/s.
for ADSL - value limited to Upstream 2 Mbit/s, Downstream
30 Mbit/s.
SNR (dB) - values range from 0 to 63.5 dB. Default is 5 dB.
Attenuation (dB) - values range from 0 to 96 dB. Default is 10 dB.
Sync loss counter is the number of times the unit lost synchronization.
To confirm your selections and exit the page:
1. Tap Save to update the current profile, or
2. Tap Save As to confirm your changes to a new Profile name, or
3. Tap Cancel to abort.
