Description This query returns the current spectrum unit
At *RST, the spectrum unit is set to meters.
Syntax :UNIT[1..n]:SPECtrum?

Response Syntax <SpectralUnit>
Response(s) SpectralUnit:
The response data syntax for <SpectralUnit> is
defined as a <SUFFIX RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <Unit> response is the currently selected
spectral unit.

UNIT:SPEC? return M (meter)
