Zone 3 contains the three connectors P30, P31, and P32. They are used to connect an RTM to
the blade and carry the following signals:

 PCI Express (PCIEx_yyy)
 IPMI (IPMB1_xxx, ISMB_xxx)
 Power (VP12_RTM, V3P3_RTM, VP5_RTM)
