This subgroup tells if a feature is available or unavailable in the CiM-300L. The
currently supported FAST features are QOS, IGMP, and Encryption. These features
must be purchased as additional options. The Datagram Compression, NAPT, TCP
Acceleration, Transparent Bridging, and Header Compression features are not yet
supported but will be made available in a follow on release.
