(ECHO)
This command enables/disables echo of characters sent to the SNM-1010L user port.

Modem Command Sequence
This command permits the use of the User Port to communicate with the SNM-1010L
using M&C commands similar to those used for the SDM-300L base modem.
Refer to Appendix A, Remote Control Specification, for a subset of M&C remote
commands that may be useful to the SNM-1010L.

Prefix channel number. (Optional)
Valid range: 0 (or omitted)

The command string following the 'MC' command is issued directly to the
SNM-1010L. Refer to Section 9.0.
