Leaves or grass come
out of the top of the
Centrifugal Separator
and the Collector is not
full.

 Check for clogs along the edges of the Centrifugal Separator cone.
 Check the Collector Hose to be sure it is about 4 to 6 inches inside the Centrifugal Separator

Inlet and approximately level.

Leaves or grass come
out of the top of the
Collector Panels.

 Be sure the Nuts on the top and bottom of the Collector Corner Bars are appropriately tightened.

The Engine is running
properly, but the
Impeller is not turning.

 The Coupling Sleeve is damaged; Replace the Coupling

Before performing any maintenance, repairs or inspection, you must first shut off the mower and leaf and lawn vacuum engines,
wait five minutes for all parts to stop and cool, and disconnect the spark plug wire of the leaf and lawn vacuum.
