lithium disilicate hybrid abutment

crown – screwed-in

The temporary restoration is removed.

The screw channel is etched from the occlusal side
with 5% hydrofluoric acid gel (IPS

Ceramic

Etching Gel) for 20 seconds.

The hybrid abutment crown is screwed in manually
with the dedicated screw for the try-in of the
permanent restoration. The shade, fit and occlusion
of the restoration are now checked.
Subsequently, the hybrid abutment crown is
carefully removed again for extraoral cleaning.

Next, the preparation is rinsed thoroughly with
water and dried with oil-free air.

The hybrid abutment crown is cleaned, rinsed with
water spray and then dried with oil-free air.

The hybrid abutment crown is inserted into the
implant intraorally. It is screwed in manually with
the appropriate screw, which is tightened with a
torque wrench (the instructions of the manufacturer
must be observed).
