Now, inject the prepared capsule’s contents into the
flask.
Two capsules of mixed SR Ivocap Elastomer are required
for fabricating a positioner.
Leave the flask under 6 bar pressure for 10 minutes
before placing it, still under pressure, in a hot water bath
to enable the elastomer dough to flow in thoroughly.
Once the boiling point is reached, polymerization takes
45 minutes in boiling water. Then, leave the flask under
pressure in a cool bath for 20 minutes.
Do not use polishing paste containing ammonia
or solvents!
Remove SR Ivocap Elastomer material using ultrasonic
equipment or clean with a brush and cleaning medium.

Polymerization with the SR Ivocap Technique
Preheat the flask in hot water for 5 minutes, then open
immediately and thoroughly boil out the wax. Insulate
the still warm flask twice. Then, put the flask in the
clamping frame and apply pressure. Pour the monomer
into the polymer capsule. Push the plunger far enough
into the capsule for the empty monomer container to be
re-inserted into the base. Close the capsule with the
plug.
Mixing time in Cap Vibrator: 5 minutes
Should there be dried dough residue on the inner
wall of the capsule, it will not affect the quality of the
poly merized work.
Use the capsule plunger to force excess air out of the
capsule.
