Finishing / Polishing
Rubber polishers are used for prepolishing and silicone
polishing wheels to smooth the surface. High-gloss polishing
is performed with a goat hair brush, cotton or leather buff,
as well as Universal Polishing Paste.
The result is an individual, lifelike gingiva created without
any additional thermal stress to the alloy and the veneering
ceramic. Adjustments of shade and shape of the gingiva
components are thus possible at any time. It goes without
saying that this technique can also be used for all popular
Ivoclar Vivadent metal-ceramic materials, such as IPS d.SIGN
and IPS Classic.
