EAB: The EAB checkbox is enabled when you select the session to be a Hot Session.
This information is provided to the host at the time of session activation, and should
match the configuration of the clients that will be connecting to this session.

Shared Session: Selecting the session to be shared allows multiple users to connect to
the same session concurrently. All users receive screen updates. Inbound input is handled
on a first come – first serve basis. Only console sessions support session sharing. Users
sharing a session must use the same screen mod size to receive connection.

Console: Selecting this option is required if the host session is to be a console session.
Selecting this option will allow the Hot Session, Chaining, and Shared Session options to
be enabled for selection. If a session on the host is to be an application session (VTAM
session) then you should not select this option.

Chaining: This option indicates that the client supports Command Chaining in the
datastream, and you wish for the client to handle the Command Chaining sequences. By
not selecting this option, you are indicating that you want the CCA-3074 to handle the
Command Chaining sequences instead of the client. Command Chaining sequences only
apply to clients running as consoles and the option will be grayed out unless ‘console’ is
selected. If there is any doubt as to whether your client supports Command Chaining, do
not select this option and let the CCA-3074 perform this function.
