Registering licenses
Registering the first time
1. Go to the H3C website at www.h3c.com , and select Technical Support & Documents > Product
Licensing > Register the First Time.

2. Select Security_VMSG_VFM1000 from the Product category list. If you are not sure of the product
category, type the license key in the field and click Submit.

3. Type the license, device, and contact information as described in Figure 54 , select I accept all
terms of H3C Legal Statement, and click Get activation key or file.
