Button Colors in the Menu Area
The menu buttons use color to represent different types of functions and give you visual
feedback:.
Buttons that are off (dark) have no function assigned or they have disabled
functions.
Menu activation buttons are gray when the menu is not activated and aqua (or
turquoise when the menu is activated.
Source buttons can be configured in any of 4 colors: green, yellow, red, or white.
The color of selected sources may be different from the color of unselected
sources.
The default color is green.
Some gray buttons are navigation buttons. (The ‘Main Menu’ button, for
example, always takes you to the main menu. Most other navigation buttons
take you to sub-menus. Some gray buttons are function buttons.
Most green buttons are function buttons. Most of these are toggles: when you
press one, its function becomes active and the button turns bright green. When
a button is dark green, its function is inactive.
Some green buttons are momentary functions. They turn bright green momen-
tarily while they are performing their functions.
