Configuring GPI Inputs
General Purpose Interface (GPI) inputs allow you to connect a switcher or other
control device to the NewsQ Pro system and use it to control the NewsQ Pro
software. Sixteen GPI inputs are pre-assigned as defaults and let you control the
following functions for each of the six available channels:
To reassign the function of a GPI input, select the GPI number, the channel it
affects, and the function you want the GPI to perform.
