Printer failed. Remove any paper from the paper
path then press the
-
load/eject
button for about 30 seconds. The
paper feed roller rotates for as long
as you press this button. Release the
button then press it again, which
causes the paper feed roller to
rotate in the opposite direction.
Release the button after about 30
seconds. Then turn off the printer.
After a few seconds turn it on and
try printing again. If the error is not
cleared, contact your dealer.

An unknown printer
error has occurred. Turn off the printer, and contact
your dealer.
n = on, o = off, f = flashing
Status Monitor
If you are printing with Windows 95 or a Macintosh, you can
use the Status Monitor to check the printer’s current status. For
more details, see Chapter 4, “Using the Printer Software for
Windows”, or Chapter 6, “Using the Printer Software for
Macintosh.”
