 Importance allows the us er to label the appointment with four levels of importance labeled A,B ,C,
and D.
 C lassification allows the user to label the type of appointment in one of three groups labeled
W ork, I ndividual, and Miscellaneous.
 Date allows the user to change the date of the appointment.
 T ime allows the user to select a start time and end time of the appointment. Note: after highlighting
the time press again to select that time.
 C ontent allows the user to enter text information regarding the appointment.
 After entering the desired information press OK to save or C ancel to disregard
 After press ing OK or C ancel the daily information screen will be displayed.
 In the daily information screen you can modify current appointments, delete current appointments,
or add new appointments.
 P ressing OK will return to the monthly information screen.
 W hile viewing the monthly information sc reen the return arrow key will return the user to the
