Select the state by typing the first few letters of the name of the state. Ingenix will begin to show
states matching the spelling. You can then directly select the desired state or type out the full
name of the state before selecting. If you would like to you can search by ‘All states”.
Next select the second white “Zip code” option and use the keyboard displayed to type in the
name of city. Continue the same procedure for Street and House No (number)
