W arranty information
 T his warranty statement is absolute. No person or organization is authorized to
alter this warranty in any way. Any statements made outside of the information
list will not be honored.
 Ingenix Models carry a 1 yea r warranty from the date of original purchase.
 T he warranty covers the original purchaser only.
W hat is covered under warranty?
 T his warranty covers defects in materials or construction of the product
 Pa rts and labor are coverd
W hat is not covered by this warranty?
 Damage occurring during the shipping of the product for repa ir. Su ch claims
must be presented to the shipping carrier
 Damage caused by accident or abuse. T he manufacturer reserves the right to
determine damage caused by abuse.
 B roken LCD panels
 Dropped or externally damaged product
 Damage caused by negligence, improper operation, or misuse
 Damage caused by an act of G od, including but not limited to, fire, flood,
ea rthquake, or other naturally occurring events.
 T he cost of uninstalling or reinstalling the covered or uncovered product.
 C hanges or modifications made to this product not authorized by the
manufacturer
 Any service performed by unauthorized persons, including unauthorized
profess ional repair persons
 Any product with a damaged or miss ing serial number
 Any product not purchased from an authorized dealer

 T his warranty gives the owner specific legal rights. You may also have other
rights which vary from state to state. S ome states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts. S ome states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental damages. Limitations in regards to these matters may not
apply to you.
How to obtain W arranty service
 In the event your product requires warranty service you must first contact our
warranty department (see “C ustomer service ontact information“ below)
 You will be required to provide the original proof or purchase, a detailed
