Tx Inhibit

Valid entries are 'Y' and 'N'. This field is always displayed if
the 8D Master option is selected. Rx PL must be enabled on
a channel to get Tx inhibit on the same channel. Tx INHIBIT
is incompatible with MDC DECODE.

Press F10 to exit this function or ESC to go back to the MAIN menu. Each function key is
described below.

Function Key Descriptions:

F2 Enter Channel - This function moves the cursor to the field label "Channel." If you have

channel display names, you may enter them here. Use the UP/DN arrow keys to move
to the channel you want to name, and type in the channel name. This field is also used
to add/delete and copy channels -- to return to normal channel data entry, press
RETURN at any time. The function keys are described as follows:

F3

Insert Channel - This function key allows you to insert a new channel and will prompt
you with a channel name. You may continue to modify any of the remaining entries
by pressing ENTER.

F4

Delete Channel - In order to delete a channel, the programmer will first prompt you
with a statement to be sure you want to delete the present channel. Press 'y' for yes
or 'n' for no.

F5

Print - This print function allows you to print out the channel information for this
present screen.

F8

Copy Channel - This copy function copies all the data from the marked channel to
the current channel. All entries may still be modified.

F9

Mark Channel - This function places an asterisk (*) by the current channel. All data
for the channel will temporarily be placed in memory. This function allows you to
quickly duplicate similar channels. Pressing F9 again will remove the asterisk,as this
function acts as a toggle to enable/disable the marked channel.

Note: In order to copy information from one channel to numerous other channels,
first mark the channel with all the proper data, and press the copy channel.
