The Dual-Port Fast Ethernet PIM provides the following key features:
■ Onboard network processor
■ Full-duplex and half-duplex modes
■ Media access control (MAC) address filtering
■ Autonegotiation through medium-dependent interface (MDI) and MDI crossover
(MDI–X) support
