correct?

• Are the “Alias” and “Serial number” that appear under [Register Other

• [Enable/Disable NetAV] is not set to “Enable” on the registered base

station.

• If the check box by “Allow AV interception by registered monitors”

under [Register Other Monitors]-[Registered monitors] is not
selected, you may not be able to connect to the NetAV server because
another monitor is connected with NetAV or is receiving AV content.

• Settings have not been configured correctly. Refer to page 57-60 and

reconfigure the settings.

• The power is turned off.
• The base station may not be able to connect to the Internet.

B. On the registered monitor

[Get AV] button on the bar at the bottom of the screen to begin
viewing content.

• The settings for NetAV have not been configured correctly. (Refer to

the “Causes and remedies” for “Connection will not be established
even though [NetAV] is pressed”.)

• Settings have not been configured correctly. Refer to page 57-60 and

reconfigure the settings.

• There is a problem with some other network setting.

C. Other

• Another monitor may be viewing content with NetAV.
• There is a problem with the line. (Not enough bandwidth, etc.)

Problem

Causes and remedies

TV and video pictures are distorted
when the base station is used as a
wireless LAN access point.

When a computer receives or sends data through wireless LAN while you
are watching TV or video on the monitor, pictures on the monitor or audio
may be distorted.

It takes awhile for the picture to appear.

Transmission may take time due to a high level of traffic on the lines
connecting the monitor and base station, or due to the location of the base
station and monitor.

• For questions about Internet connections, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
