Using Mail: Useful Functions

Enter a nickname for the mail address in the
[Alias Name] field, then select [OK].

Entering addresses directly in the
Address Book

Open the [Compose E-mail] window, and
select [Address Book].
The [Address Book] window appears.

Select [New].
The address registration window appears.

Enter a nickname for the mail address in the
[Alias Name] field.

Enter a mail address in the address field, and
select [OK].
To register multiple mail addresses under the
same nickname, separate each address with a
comma (,).

Editing the address book

Open the [Address Book] window, select the
check box beside the mail address you want to
edit, and select [Edit].
The address edit window appears.

Edit the individual fields as necessary, and
select [OK].
Deleting addresses from the Address
Book
Open the [Address Book] window, select the
check box beside the mail address you want to
delete, and select [Delete].
Selecting a recipient from the
Address Book

Open the [Compose E-mail] window, then
select [Select] to the right of the address
fields.
The [Address Book] window appears.
