6. Apply grease to the Z unit and the ZR
unit as shown in the same manner.
7. Attach the covers of the X-axis, Y-axis,
Z unit and ZR unit to their original
positions.
◆ Be careful not to damage the covers when they are reinstalled.
◆ After the covers are attached, move the respective axes using the teaching pendant until
grease covers all necessary part.
◆ Be careful that the motors get very hot immediately after the operation is stopped.
