Symptom

Cause/Remedy

The radio does not
operate.

• The supplied remote control is connected to other unit than this

recorder. The supplied remote control should be used with this
recorder only.

• After confirming that “NO DISC” has disappeared from the display on

the remote control, press RADIO ON/OFF again on the remote
control.

recognized by the
computer.

• The dedicated USB cable is not firmly connected.

, Connect the dedicated USB cable firmly to the recorder and the

computer.

• A USB hub is used.

, Connect the dedicated USB cable directly to the USB port of the

computer.

• Network communication has failed.

, Disconnect the dedicated USB cable, wait at least 2 seconds, and

then reconnect it. If the recorder is still not recognized, disconnect
the dedicated USB cable, restart the computer, and then connect the
dedicated USB cable again.

Even though the
recorder is
recognized by the
computer, it does
not operate
normally.

• A USB hub is used.
